2 cars parked on a very small drive 51 Mill Road Stokenchurch

These vehicles are blocking the side walk, the drive is far too small for 1 car let alone two cars to be parked on the drive without blocking of the sidewalk. Due to another car(This was seen the previous day but didn’t get a picture) I assume belonging to the same address parking on the road outside this drive has made it virtually impossible for walking people to walk pass by, a pushchair would need to find a gap in between the cars to walk on the road and if someone in a wheelchair or with restricted mobility would need to go back and try to find a dropped kerb that a car was not already parking on toco to use there journey on the road.
