Trench has being dug I'm filled in poorly.

Someone has dug up the shipwrights way path to install a new water pipe to the allotments. When they have filled the trench in, they haven't capped it with hardcore. When it rains it will be a mud bath. I'm also concerned as it doesn't look like they have compacted it correctly so it will sink creating trip hazards for walkers and cyclists.

    Now that it has rained it has settled. The nice stone path that was there is now coved in mud
