Broken fence

I reported this broken fence outside my property when I moved in over a year ago. A few months ago someone came and replaced a portion of it further down from here, but didnt do the whole length and the part outside my house remains broken. I thought the person may return to finish the job, but they haven't! It's an eyesore and dangerous.
