I work for Anglian water and attended from a job raised by a customer on job number 66762370. Information provided by customer below

'The tarmac pavement around the water meter lid is clearly collapsing.It possibly started about 1-2 weeks ago and this morning it was noticeably more collapsed than yesterday. Please get someone out there to look at it asap before someone slips on the unlevel surface or swallowed up by a sink hole. Thank you.'

I have surveyed the area and there is no evidence to suggest that this area is sunken due to any issue with Anglian Water assets.
