Overgrown Trees and Hedges Obstructing Pavement

There is overgrowth of trees and hedges from a private property which is impinging on the pavement, making it difficult for pedestrians to pass without stepping into the road. The overgrowth contains thorns which could damage clothing or cause injury, and there are branches and leaves falling onto the pavement, creating a potential trip hazard. It’s been like this for months and is getting worse and worse.
