LBB shrub beds overhanging pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8057449.

Shrub beds have not been cut this year and are starting to obstruct pavement passing. They start alongside 56 Cowden and along the alleyway by 62-70 Cowden Road. They are the responsibility of LBB.
