A Nynex utility cover on the pavement outside our property is sticking up. We only noticed because a lady on the estate fell over causing bleeding to her face.

My new neighbours have noticed some damage on their drive and are are worried that this is the result of tree roots straying over from my oak – and also if that root expansion might potentially damage their drain the runs close to the tree.
