There is an overgrown tree and vegetation in the garden of 206 Eastern Avenue North that has started to cover much of the footpath. This is forcing cyclists and pedestrians to swerve around it onto the road. The property is supposed to be vacant and the grounds in some disrepair. PLEASE COULD YOU REDO THIS SAME PROOERTY AS HEDGE OVERHANGING FOOTPATH AGAIN!!!!
