Fly tipping and rubbish
Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8054470.
Other flipping was cleared yesterday and some rubbish.
However straight away there has been more fly tipping yesterday and more rubbish and the used cigarettes were not moved, there is a vast amount of these on the floor.
I have only checked white street and not the adjoining public path to Melrose street and Melrose street itself
