On a regular basis the pavement around the happy chef on duncan road is obstructed by vehicles entirely on the pavement. This is on my journey home and around 6.50pm it is common for vehicles to make it extremely difficult or impossible for wheelchair users or pushchairs and buggies to pass. I have just been challenged by someone as to why i was taking a photo of the cars, i explained that i was reporting the obstruction of the pavement.
