I have had several elderly residents on Eastfield Road contact me with reference to the

Uneven pathing slabs due to tree roots.

This is unsafe and one resident has nearly tripped over.

Can these pathways be looked at urgently and be tarmaced to create a smoother,

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
