Lamppost intermittently working

The lamppost turns on for 31 seconds and turns off for 11 seconds, repeatedly all night. It’s a very old lamppost as the bulb is the original/old style orange colour, not the “new” LED white colour light bulb. The lamppost is located on the path next to/in the small car park Infront of a row of houses.
