Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8048871.

The flats in chapter house and cardinal are having issues over grandview using the way under chapter house to access their parking of jubilee hall road when the should come Farnborough rd then turn left. They are trespassing all the time on private land
