"Road closed" signs abandoned

There are signs and cones everywhere advising the closure of the B4450 when the road isn't even closed. There's about 5m of cones on one carriageway where some work has taken place - but this is not a road closure! This road is constantly being "closed" with signs and cones blocking off perfectly good road. The signs have now blown over and many of the cones have been dispersed across the road creating driving hazards. Please stop "closing" this road unnecessarily - a few signs and codes around the roadworks would have sufficed.
