Vehicles being parked in the street without relevant parking permits

The parking situation in St Bartholomew’s Road over the last week has been terrible. On the park side of the street, vehicles are over staying their 2Hr allowance and are often parked overnight. The other side which is residents parking only is constantly being abused by drivers without the relevant permits and preventing residents from parking themselves. Please can the council kindly arrange for parking officers to patrol the street more regularly to check permits and fine vehicles accordingly? Many thanks
