  • I met Julie Smith from Kier yesterday and she reported that she could not find the defect to which I referred. Here is a wider shot which shows the yellow lines on the corner of Spratton Rd and Brampton Way. The photo is showing as a square on this portal - you need to see the full photo to see the defect and the yellow lines. I have double checked the what 3 words and they are ///ground.shack.funny

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
