Parking on footpaths even when grass that are designated footpaths not verges is illegal shame self is people forget about vulnerable blocking their walkways As determined by MSDC it is illegal to park on public footpaths -

These are not verges and SCC -MSDC - Police can enforce fines for repeat offenders Laws Highway Code rule 244 Highways act section 72 Road traffic act sections 22 and 34
