Someone has fenced off a small alley way

The pathway down the side of 14 hesketh as you reach the junction of 4 pathways someone has fenced off the alleyway ( it looks like they have moved a children’s trampoline back ) this does mean that 2 of the access bungalows now have no rear access at all (fire and safety hazard - no escape)
