Street lamp with no shielding

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8039118.

The old street lamp with shielding has been replaced with a new LED light without shielding… therefore it shines directly into my bedroom window I need to have shielding put onto the new light Light is in the corner of the Church Green between the war memorial and my house I can not see any reference numbers on the pole
