Road subsiding next to recent water emergency repair

In middle of southbound lane approx. 5m from junction with Mead Road. Adjacent to square of new tarmac from Severn Trent emergency repair about 2 weeks ago. Subsidence 1st notice a week ago (but very minor), today visibly worse.
