Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8037792.

Inconsiderate parked car causing an obstruction and resulting in pedestrians having to walk on the road. Primary School children have to walk in the road on the way to school. This is an accident waiting to happen as this is a long standing problem.
