Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8036409.

The Drain Grate by Mead Lane street sign and the first corner by Otter's court in the middle of the road is lose and rattles every time a vehicle goes over it. It makes a very loud noise affecting all the elderly residents in Otter's Court day and night keeping people awake some of who are not at well.
