Full hedge trimming has not been carried out in this area

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8034645.
The whole hedgerow along the lansdown lane has been carried out, missing the hedge outside my property only. There are issues with the height and also the damage that the roots could cause to my wall behind if this is left to continue to grow in this manner. I have added pictures with areas where you can clearly see the hedge has been trimmed and where this has stopped at my property. The council still own this hedge and need to maintain it please. This happened last year also. Thank you.
