Cones left on the road

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8034190.

Cones constantly left outside the houses on the road which cause an obstruction and just create more traffic and there not even on dropped kerbs. People have drove over these cones by accident. It’s always house number 105 and 101
