Standing water collects in road making it health hazard

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8034176.

There is something wrong with the construction of the road or the drainage on the road as water does not drain away and leaves an entire area in standing water. This is obviously a health hazard as people park in this space. Please can you rectify the problem via civils works.
