Green aspect on overhead lght inoperative

Not reported to council

The high-level overhead traffic light unit shows no green aspect. Red & Amber are working normally.

Reported to Nottingham City Council who have "visited and aborted" on the fault with no comms.

Still broken. Council informed, but don't seem interested.
