The street light shade attached to the bright street light this week does not shade the bright light shining into my garden

Hello this is regarding ticket 8013556

Thank you as I can see that you have attached a light shade (see photo attached) to the street light (#15) however, the shade is attached in the wrong orientation as the bright street light still shines into my garden causing a nuisance

I have attached a photo showing the bright light still shining into my garden which is the garden across the street from the street light (not the garden directly under the street light)

My garden is the one shown in the photo attached
