Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 803188.

Dumped large mattress, In hedgerow / against crash barrier. Been there about a week or more. You can't miss it; go along A414 from Great Amwell / A10 / A414 Roundabout, eastbound as if towards Harlow, pass by the pylon on the left, then about 250 yards.

Needs retrieving and disposing of properly.
