Replacement Kerb Promised - Repaired Instead !

Dear Fix My Street I have raised several cases on this issue most recently cases 6958695, 7243141, 7348767, 7423396 & 7602076, the last of these was raised 21st May,asking for an update. The survey was completed, all these cases remain in the “we will get back to you in 5 working days” It took 5 months for you to respond !!!

So i raised, yet another case on 17th June with a response "Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that a repair has been schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. This is due to a BT cable so close to the kerb and will need a specialist crew to carry out the work "

Today the work has been carried out, as you had agreed above the kerbstone would be replaced... NO !!! The kerbstone has again been patched.

Please so as you have advised an replace the kerbstone.

Please urgently confirm in your SLA of 5 working days when you will be replacing not repairing the kerbstone. Please have the decency to respond !
