Sand on road surface

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8028907.

At the entrance to the beach car park at Lepe and along the beach road, there is a covering of sand on the road causing a significant hazard. This morning whilst maneuvering round the bend my car lost control due to losing grip on the sand. Luckily no vehicles were coming the other way. Please organise for a road sweeper to clean up the sand hazard ASAP.
