Loose temporary (since 2011) drain cover.

Reported by Tim Regan at 17:17, Tue 5 April 2016

Sent to Plymouth City Council 3 minutes later

In 2011, the steel rectangular drain cover was taken - the council said it would be replaced with a non-metallic one. A temporary cover made of 2 plates were tarmacked in. Last year, a neighbour reported that the cover had come loose, leaving a gaping hole - a danger to pedestrians/ bikes, etc. PCC men came out and just put them in place. I conacted PCC again and men refixed with new tarmac. For the last couple of weeks, they are loose again. After 5 years, there should be a permanent solution! • No one has been out to see it, to my knowledge. Poor! The temporary metal cover is loose.
