Stones on road

I have reported these well over a week ago and it appears nothing has been done. Twice whilst walking I have been hit by the stones being thrown up once by a speeding car and once by a tractor. There is no path to walk on so it’s not possible to move away from the stones . Also once it rains more of the stones will get washed onto the road and create further issues. Someone is going to get seriously injured if one of these stones hits them in the eye or if a car skids on them and hits a pedestrian. There is no question that these stones need to be removed , not just from the road but where they have been put ( see attached picture) on the field entrance .
