Dangerous, unstable and uneven road surface

Reported via mobile in the General highways enquiry category by Steve Long at 15:08, Thu 14 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8025953.

The bottom of the cul-de-sac of The Drive, Hengrove BS14 9JB has recently been removed. Unfortunately underneath the encroaching vegetation is now an ugly, uneven and dangerous road surface in need of immediate repair. The end of the cul-de-sac also contains a steep drop down an embankment and this needs to be fenced off to both prevent vehicles going over the edge and to stop vegetation overgrowing the road again. Please treat this as a matter or urgency as there is a genuine health and safety issue.
