    This has deteriorated so much that the covers to the posts are broken and missing as they are striking the underneath of the busses as they go over. Also a trip hazard for pedestrians. This applies to both ends of the control zone. This really needs fixing before a bus or other vehicle is grounded.

  • Nothing has been done, buses getting closer to grounding or underfloor damage. certainly not fit to walk on

  • June 2026 the Highway is part of the orchard centre . I’m hoping the county council can put pressure on the centre to resolve this problem . It can be quite unnerving sitting on a bus going through here. You have this fear the bus will overturn. I avoid travelling on buses down station road as much as I can .
