Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8021816.
The builder of the planning no above has constructed a path from the boundary of the property to the back of road kerb without permission. This will encourage deliveries and others to park illegally in an area within the designation of no parking zone at a tee junction. Therefore I would expect that the path be revmoved with out delay on the grounds of safety. The junction is with Thame Rd and Station Rd

The pathway was approved but has been extended beyond the redline of the planning permission onto highway land.
