Frost Lane large gutter drain blocked

Frost Lane is prone to flooding near the Roseberry Avenue junction. When the drain is blocked, rainwater flowing down the Frost Lane floods the full width of the road for a distance of 10-15 metres.

The large gutter drain shown on the photos is obviously blocked now and needs clearing before the rainy season, please.
