Black Mini reg: PL65 RBV has been abandoned down Skimmers Field (to the side of 20 Orchard Way, Holmer Green HP15 6RF). This vehicle has not moved in over a year and the owner is unknown. Two of its tyres flat and upon an online search, the vehicle is not MOT'd.
