Constant water overflow

Sent to Essex County Council 1 minute later
Even on the driest of days there is contact water flooding on the road leading out of Sawbridgeworth towards Hatfield Heath. Must be a blocked drain or burst water main. Has been running for >6 months now enough is enough! Cars swerve to avoid the deluge and is not only dangerous to oncoming traffic but is creating potholes in the road.

Hottest day of the year and still water is gushing down the road . . . . .
But hey it's ok, routine inspection has found no fault ?!?!?
