Loads of gravel in the middle of the road

Hi there - there is absolutely tons of gravel covering the entire road at this location and also near Intwood Ford. Not sure if it's due to the rain or nearby construction traffic but there's now a pretty large patch which covers the entire width of the road surface at this location. The google maps photo shows the location but now it's a lot worse. It's dangerous for cycling and I and others have skidded and fallen off here. Have seen cars lose grip too. Can it please be swept away as it ruins an otherwise useful road providing a cycle and footpath link from Mulbarton/Swardeston to Intwood/Cringleford. I can supply newer photos if required next time I am that way.
