Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8016643.

Reported on 14th March (reference 3658-9333-4559-9764) but original tag on map was slightly off. Still there, still makes a loud clonk noise in your car if you drive over it. Drivers swerve to avoid it.
