Rubber covering over playground tunnel damaged.

The rubber covering that goes over the play tunnel and up to the slide is damaged either end of the tunnel roof. This is a significant tripping hazard and at such a height as to cause considerable injury if someone fell from there. There is a large hole in the rubber at both ends. I believe this has been there a few weeks now.
