Missing single yellow sign problem closed without reason.
Reported via mobile in the Road signage category anonymously at 16:26, Tue 12 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8015696.
In December last year I reported that there was a single yellow line which did not have a corresponding sign so no parking could be enforced, ref: 6842318
Recently this was closed without any given reason. This cannot be correct, as there is still free 24/7 parking inside the central parking zone which narrows the street to a single lane making crossing the road unnecessarily dangerous.
Either the single yellow line needs removing and this should be clearly allowed to be free parking or the sign needs reinstating.
Thanks
