Council trees damaging private fence

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8014176.

There is a walkway at the back of put house which is separate by a fence. The council own the path and the trees are leaning on our fence causing damage and dropping berries. I am unable to cut the trees and need this to be done
