Parked cars blocking rights of way on a school road.

There are multiple cars (approx 10-15) parked in one house (Larchwood) for some reason (months now) that often overspill onto the main highway of Dungells Lane (anything up to 5 cars at a time, and every day at least 1 or 2 for the past 3 months. Day and night. The main issue is they often block the footpath as they park on the roadside outside Larchwood, blocking access for wheelchair users, dog walkers and pushchairs as well as vulnerable young children headed to school.

An investigation would be useful to establish as to why so many vehicles are now parked at this address since it's recent sale, as it's clearly not for renovation purposes or temporary. Business can be conducted on its own premises for sure, but should not impact other footpath and road users causing danger.
