Caravan with people living in it parked opposite a busy junction. Also an environmental health hazard, due to human waste

  • Update on caravans and motor vans on Greenbank. I have seen Emergency vehicles trying to access different streets with great difficulty. The street issue has become worse by the week. Nearly all of one side of Greenbank Road has ilegal , dangerous and a hazard from top to bottom. Why are BCC waiting to action, there could well be an emergency fire, incident which could be fatal. URGENT ACTION IS NEEDED. What are local residents paying their Council Tax for ?

    Reported months ago. Still there with more arrived there are rats caused by them and I was verbally harassed by a van dwellers on greenbank road in the dark which was terrifying because I work in a hospital and had to park my car away from my house because these caravans are taking up the entire side of the road
