Brambles are blocking footpath

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 19:55, Mon 11 August 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8011237.

On the section of path that goes at the side of the A43 to the Wilford Ave Crossing heading Standens Barn. The brambles at the side of the footpath are blocking at least 50% of the footpath but they also trail across the floor. I am a wheelchair user and the trailing brambles have cause several punctures. My only other option to avoid this happening is to take the footpath from the side of the A43 down to the subway crossing, enter wilford ave then push along the road (which is so dangerous as as there is no footpath) of Wilford ave to rejoin the crossing at Wilford Ave/A43 to head towards Standens Barn
