Biffa Bin

There is a huge red industrial Biffa bin that has been outside number 40/41 York Road for the past few years. It is very obstructive and dangerous as it covers the pavement of a very busy road and it is a huge eyesore for a conservation area and for us living here in the grade 2 listed buildings. No wheelchairs or children’s and babies buggy’s can get past. I have been told before the landlord has been issued by the council to get rid or keep the bin inside their boundaries a few years ago, but since then they have added a second Biffa bin that is often over flowing with litter with the lid never shut.
