Smell

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8009379.

There is a rotten smell I am assuming is coming from the drains, it makes sitting in the garden unbearable at times. I know it is not from the house drainage as we have checked these and all is clear.

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new Fixmystreet enquiry.
