Water mains cover sinking and path crumbling

I moved into this property 2 years ago after doing an exchange through futures housing. The previous tenants had 4 cars and used to use the whole driveway I believe, to park. I have one car which is parked directly down from my drop kerb. However I will be getting a second car and have applied to have the drop kerb extended. However I’m worried about the broken path and water mains cover becoming more unstable in the meantime.
