The tree by the steps is very overgrown and obstructing the lighting

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 12:41, Mon 11 August 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8008642.

Cannot see the steps clearly or the pathway due to reduced light because of tree.

Also, the steps have not handrail and needs to have one for the residents many of whom are elderly. And it is hard to see the edge of the step, particularly at night and need to have while lines painted for safety.
